Vote by Mail applications being sent out

The DeKalb County Elections Office will mail a Vote by Mail application for the Nov. 3 general election to every registered voter in DeKalb County, according to a news release from DeKalb County Clerk Douglas Johnson.

Gov. JB Pritzker recently signed Senate Bill 1863, entitling residents who voted in the last three elections to automatically receive a Vote by Mail application.

To ensure a timely delivery of your ballot, mail your application back to the office as soon as possible. Applications should be received by Aug. 1.
