DeKALB – Visit the DeKalb Public Library to learn how to use the free, web-based 3D design software TinkerCAD to design your own snowflake or keychain.
After the class, library staff will 3D print the items, which will be ready for pickup in a few days. The classes and the 3D print are free.
The snowflake class will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, and Wednesday, Jan. 29.
The keychain class will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9 and 16.
Participants need to be at least 12 years old (10- and 11-year-olds are welcome with an adult). Class size is limited, and sign-up begins a half-hour before class at the Tech Desk – first come, first served.
