SYCAMORE – The Merchants of Downtown Sycamore will hold the Jingle the Bells Jubilee from Nov. 22 through 24. Activities and specials throughout the downtown area will help to ring in the holiday mood.

The DeKalb County Health Department observes the 38th annual Great American Smokeout on Thursday, Nov. 21, according to Public Health Administrator Jane Lux.
