K-Kids Service Club donates to Goodfellows

The K-Kids Service Club of Southeast Elementary School in Sycamore recently presented wrapping paper and a $250 check to Goodfellows of DeKalb/Sycamore. Goodfellows, a local volunteer organization that provides gifts of clothing for needy children in the area, will use the money for wrapping supplies. K-Kids is the elementary service club associated with Kiwanis International whose goal is to provide service to the community especially through helping children. Kiwanis of Sycamore meets at 6 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month at Sorrento’s Ranch.
