Littlejohn principal visits G-K class

Principal Billy Hueramo of Littlejohn Elementary School in DeKalb recently paid a visit to Carol Hencken's eighth-grade leadership class at Genoa-Kingston Middle School. For the past three years, Hueramo has been speaking to her class about making good and often tough choices in life as a teenager. His honesty and willingness to share the challenges he faced makes his motivational speech a favorite among the students. This class is a six-week course that prepares students to start planning for high school while thinking about long-range plans for their future as well.
