DeKALB – Just Make It Happen Inc. will present the Kishwaukee Brass Quintet’s 14th “Tis the Season” education and community series in late November and early December.

Thanks to grants from the Farny R. Wurlitzer Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of DeKalb, musical programs will be presented at six DeKalb County preschools.

Children at Genoa Faith Methodist, Sycamore Federated, DeKalb Kindercare, The Growing Place, Children’s Learning Center, Shabbona UCC and Building Blocks Preschool will see and hear professional musicians perform.

Some programs are open to public.

A Tis the Season calendar will be posted at www.justmakeithappen-dekalb beginning Nov. 17.

The December community series will include the Ellwood House, DeKalb County Farm Bureau Prime Timers, DeKalb County Jail, Hope Haven, Barb City Manor and Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Some events are not open to the public.
