MALTA – A job fair geared to recruit adjunct faculty and instructional trainers will happen from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Kishwaukee College, 21193 Malta Road, according to a news release from the college.
The college employs more than 150 part-time instructors and instructional trainers, the release said, adding that deans from each of the college’s academic departments will be at the fair.
Most adjunct faculty need a master’s degree and at least 18 graduate hours in the course discipline, the release said. As for career technologies, training specialists and tutor positions, a bachelor’s degree and at least 2,000 hours of on-the-job experience are required. Be sure to bring a resumé and college transcripts.
