Genoa Lions adopt a family for Christmas

The Genoa Lions adopted a local family again this year to make sure that Santa didn’t miss them. In conjunction with Kingston Elementary School, a local family with at least three young children was selected to receive presents and a Hy-Vee gift card this Christmas. The gift card and presents totaled more than $300 worth of toys and winter clothing. Pictured with the presents is Chad Pacey. He was the super-shopper who braved “Black Friday” to secure the deals, and tracked down sales to make the money stretch farther for this year’s Genoa Lions Adopt-a-Family.
