Grant given to Waterman Lions Club

Waterman Lions Club recently received a $7,000 grant from the DeKalb County Community Foundation to go toward building a pavilion in Waterman Lions Park. Beth White, a board member representing the foundation, presented the funds at the club's November meeting. Funding for the pavilion comes from the foundation grant, from a Lions Club donation and from the Carl Olson Memorial legacy administered by the Village of Waterman.
