DeKALB – Mediacom employee Jessica Carter earned a top customer service award during an awards ceremony held recently at Mediacom’s Regional Field Operations Center in Moline.
Carter, a Cortland resident, earned the national silver-level Payment Center Representative of the Year award for her work as a customer service representative at the Elburn payment center. Carter has been an employee with Mediacom for 12 years.
Mediacom employs 4,600 people companywide. The company’s owner and senior management team personally present annual awards to employees who earn the highest performance rankings and demonstrate outstanding service.
