The Sycamore Rotary Club paid tribute to outgoing Mayor Ken Mundy at its Feb. 22 meeting, by presenting him with an honorary Paul Harris Fellowship.
This award, named in honor of the founder of Rotary International, is made available to any contributor to the Rotary Foundation, as well as those that individual Rotary Clubs choose to honor.
Mundy is finishing up the last of three terms as mayor of Sycamore. Prior to that, he served as the city’s treasurer, and has been involved in a variety of civic projects and charitable efforts over the years.
