Struthers has been with the banking organization for 35 years, starting in the mailroom in 1980 and holding a variety of jobs in retail and commercial banking along the way. Struthers said this is the third year in a row that the bank was named to this prestigious list.
First National has more than 100 branch locations throughout the Midwest. The bank’s credit card division, First Bankcard, is a Top 15 commercial card issuer and the bank is one of only four banks to issue all four credit card networks: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
