After two school years of instruction in the Christian faith on a gradually more mature level, these young people at Immanuel Lutheran Church in DeKalb are now ready to take their place within the Christian church as responsible, confessing, productive members. The Rite of Confirmation took place May 18. Family members and mentors served as banner carriers and with the cross investiture. The next confirmation class will begin in the fall.
