Catholic Scouts earn denomination-based medals

On Feb. 2, several Cub Scouts from Pack 173 in DeKalb were recognized with the Light of Christ, God and Me, and Parvuli Dei awards, medals that can be earned by Catholic scouts. Matteo Graham, Christian Stewart, Grayson Stewart, Matthew Stewart, and Kevin Sullivan received the Light of Christ. Joe Fuss and Brendan Sullivan received the Parvuli Dei, and Ian Wickens-Walther received the God and Me award.
