SYCAMORE – All good things come to an end, and on Sunday, Sept. 15, the Sycamore History Museum will sponsor the last guided walking tour of the summer. Noted local historian Steve Bigolin will lead a walk along Main Street.

The tour will leave from the southeast corner of the Sycamore Farmers Market at 1 p.m. and will last about 90 minutes. Cost of the tour is $5 per person, and handouts with information on highlighted locations will be provided.

This year Bigolin expanded the Main Street tour. Stops on the walk will include the Townsend House (currently the Paper Doll House) and carriage house (Willow’s Hometown Cafe), the Boyton House, the DeKalb County Courthouse, library, post office and Rick Turner’s law office.
