SYCAMORE – A folk concert at the Sycamore History Museum that was rained out June 12 has been rescheduled for Monday, June 24.

With the help of her guitar, her humor and her bag of strange things, Phyllis Horst will tell stories and sing songs that take her audience to a wonderful imaginary world.

“We are looking forward to having Phyllis Horst perform at the museum. She is a great storyteller who engages her audience,” museum executive director Michelle Donahoe said.  “Bring dinner, dessert, a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a free family event right here in town.”

The free concert will be held at 7 p.m. at the Sycamore History Museum, 1730 N. Main St. in Sycamore. Donations are welcome.
