The Kane County Bar Association’s March Ask a Lawyer Day will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 9.

Ask a Lawyer Day is held the second Saturday of each month. Attorney volunteers answer questions from the public and offer direction on a variety of legal matters.

The event is sponsored by the Kane County Bar Association and supported by the Illinois Bar Association.

Last month, dozens of people called with questions about real estate, landlord/tenant, criminal, estates, divorce, child custody, collections, bankruptcy and traffic cases.

To speak to an attorney, call 630-762-1900 between 9 a.m. and noon March 9. There is a high call volume and volunteers cannot retrieve voicemail messages, so keep calling back if lines are busy.
