Choice of spaghetti or Polish sausage entree. Entertainment by the Harambee Percussion Ensemble, a drumming group based in DeKalb elementary schools. Proceeds support the DeKalb/Sycamore Bookcase Project, which presents a starter library of books and personalized oak bookcases made by local volunteer craftsmen to preschoolers from disadvantaged families. Dinner guests are invited to bring new or gently-used books for children ages 3 to 5 to donate to the project.
