Shelters hope to send pets home for the holidays

GENEVA – TAILS Humane Society in DeKalb will partner with the Animal Care League at the third annual Jingle Paws Adoption Event from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9.

The event will be at the Geneva Commons shopping center in Geneva. Dogs and puppies will be located in the retail space between LOFT and J.Jill, and cats and kittens will be located at Wet Nose.

“We are very grateful to Geneva Commons for providing us with a location to hold our adoption event again this year,” said Beth Drake, TAILS executive director. “Last year was such a huge success, we are excited to attend Jingle Paws again and would like to thank TechPro, Wet Nose and Animal Care League for partnering with us.”
