MALTA – A tribute to six Malta-area veterans of World War II will be presented from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Malta Township Library, 203 E. Adams St.

The Malta Library Land and Building Committee will honor veterans Yngve Johnson, Don Mattson, Bernard Parsley, Ivan Prall, Dorothy Stoddard and Robert Swanson. A short program will be presented at 5 p.m., and memorabilia from the veterans’ time in the service will be on display.

After the program, there will be an auction of donated items. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
