SYCAMORE — Noble Grands Bill Ostrowski and Jane Stiles of Sycamore Odd Fellows Lodge and Sycamore Angels Rebekah Lodge announce the Illinois Odd Fellows and Rebekahs have made scholarships available for the 2013-14 school year.

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of finanical need and scholastic ability. Eligible students must be Illinois residents and U.S. citizens with a grade point average of C or better and plans to attend an accredited college or trade school.

Applications can be obtained from www.ioof-il.org from Dec. 1 through Feb. 15. Completed applications must be postmarked before March 1, 2013 and sent to the Grand Lodge Office, 845 Wyatt Ave., P.O. Box 248, Lincoln, IL.
