Elizabeth Pearson and Salvatore Galati, both of Chicago, plan to be married on April 13, 2013, at St. John Brebeuf Catholic Parish in Niles.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Sandra Pearson of Genoa. She is a graduate of North Central College and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and is employed at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago.

The groom-elect is the son of Leonardo and Katarina Galati of Niles. He attended the University of Illinois and is employed in the insurance industry.
