KishHealth Foundation recently received a generous gift from the 12th annual Pink Ribbon Golf Outing, an annual breast cancer fundraising event at Indian Oaks County Club in Shabbona.

In recent years, this event has raised more than $20,000 for oncology support services at Valley West and Kishwaukee Community Hospitals.

Deb Bemis, KishHealth Oncology Services director, said, "We appreciate Pink Ribbon Golf Outing's generous donation, which helps us bring education material to the community on self breast exams, mammograms and breast cancer, and to provide support programs to women experiencing breast cancer."
