GENOA – By her own admission, you could call Carolyn Tobinson the Duck Lady of Genoa.
“I am the duck,” she laughs.
Tobinson, who owns Tobinson Ace Hardware in Genoa, is the chairman of the Genoa Area Chamber of Commerce duck committee, which is sponsoring the ninth annual Great Genoa Duck Race & Family Fun Event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8 at Carroll Memorial Park.
