The Farmers’ Alliance of Floyd County, Ind., resolved there is no promise, expressed or implied, by which the people of the United States must pay their President any sum while he is electioneering for a second term of office.
The terrible Chatsworth, Ill. railroad accident has thus far resulted in 77 dead and 278 more or less seriously injured.
