WLBK to begin broadcasting FM station
DeKALB – Local news on WLBK AM 1360 should be coming in a little clearer Monday morning after the station launches its new FM signal.
As of June 11, WLBK now is simulcasting on 98.9 FM, featuring the same news, sports and information programming listeners have tuned into for 65 years on the AM station.
"It's the same great local content. We're just delivering it in a different way," said Larry Nelson, president and owner of DeKalb County Broadcasters, Inc., the station's parent company based in Sandwich.
