Paint collected for recycling
DeKALB – DeKalb County residents cleaning out the garage or basement can dispose of old cans of latex paint at a recycling collection June 2.
The DeKalb County Solid Waste Management Program and DeKalb County Farm Bureau will sponsor the collection, offered at no cost to county residents.
Only latex paint will be accepted, but it can be any color or finish. Paint must be in containers no larger than five gallons. Spray cans will not be accepted.
