Donation supports ECHO room

DeKALB – Anju and Promod Vohra made a major gift to KishHealth Foundation to benefit the Kishwaukee Community Hospital stress testing/ECHO room, which is commemorated with a plaque bearing their names.

“I have always credited KishHealth System for my professional success,” said Anju Vohra, technical director for echocardiography at Kish Hospital.

“The last 16 years have been pleasant, fulfilling and productive. I believe that the circle of life is based on giving back. This donation is a little gesture to say a big thank you to a great organization and pay back the health system for its support and opportunities it has given me. To name a room where I spend most of my day making a difference in the lives of patients is very personal and gratifying.”
