GENOA – If space reservations are any indication, Genoa can look forward to a great season for Open Air Markets.

The markets are returning for the fifth year at the corner of Main and Genoa Streets. They are held the fourth Saturday of every month from May 26 through October.

“Space reservations have been very strong this spring,” executive director Mim Evans said. “We are close to full for the first market over Memorial Day weekend, and more than half of the spaces are reserved for the entire season. If there is demand, we will look for ways to expand so we can accommodate all the vendors who are interested.”
