Editor's Note: Start May with a fiesta
This weekend, we head into one of my favorite local festivals: Cinco de Mayo.
I’m hoping it will be warmer than last year, which I remember as distinctly chilly. I’ve been to the Sycamore festival in shorts and I’ve been there in years when the little girls in the Mexican dance troupes had to wear parkas over their pretty dresses.
I’ve never been there and not seen a crowd.
