DEKALB CITY

Larry R. Daniels, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 10, with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and disobeying a traffic signal.

Justin W. Bivens, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 12, with violating an order of protection and with violating terms of his bail bond.

James T. Cavitt, 20, of South Elgin, was charged Sunday, March 14, with fighting in the city.

Joseph R. Gallucci, 20, of Naperville, was charged Sunday, March 14, with fighting in the city.

Lavan A. Belay, 19, of DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with an ordinance violation for retail theft.

George Jideonwo, 19, of DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with an ordinance violation for retail theft.

Darius M. Leflore, 20, of DeKalb, was arrested Tuesday, March 16, on failure-to-appear warrants for unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol.

Kevin S. Martin, 28, of DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with theft.

Shasta T. Phillips, 19, a transient, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with two counts of domestic battery, criminal trespass to real property, unlawful consumption of alcohol and resisting a peace officer.

Brendan M. Farley, 21, of Park Ridge, was charged Wednesday, March 17, with driving under the influence, speeding and improper lane use.

Shelly A. Miller, 40, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 19, with forgery.

Marilyn A. Thompson, 30, of Aurora, was charged Saturday, March 20, with battery.

Garrett R. Nichol, 20, of St. Charles, was charged Saturday, March 20, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Justin J. Willie, 26, of Genoa, was charged Saturday, March 20, with disorderly conduct.

Matthew J. Duncan, 26, of Kirkland, was charged Saturday, March 20, with disorderly conduct.

Reggie Burton, 26, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 20, with disorderly conduct.

Jamarain T. Tuggles, 29, of Aurora, was charged Saturday, March 20, with disorderly conduct.

Joseph E. Broughton, 19, of Clinton, Iowa, was charged Sunday, March 21, with two counts of driving under the influence, illegal possession of alcohol and disobeying a stop sign.

Alexander R. Rettkowski, 21, of Camanche, Iowa, was charged Sunday, March 21, with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Nathan W. Tomlinson, 30, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, March 6, with criminal damage to property.

Bryan K. Riddle, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, March 11, with retail theft.

Kevin J. House, 38, of Sycamore, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with criminal damage to property and interference with the reporting of domestic violence.



DEKALB COUNTY

Megan Priebe, 25, of Lombard, was charged Friday, March 12, with improper lane use, driving an uninsured vehicle, resisting a police officer, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence.

Daniel Prothero, 43, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, March 12, with violating an order of protection.

Manuel Avilar-Flores, 37, of Elgin, was arrested Saturday, March 13, on a DuPage County failure-to-appear warrant and was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and driving with a suspended license.

Dale B. Rickard, 26, of Hampshire, was charged Saturday, March 13, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, disobeying a stop sign, improper lane use and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Wesley J. Schultz, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 13, with speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two counts of driving under the influence.

Kevin D. Zikis, 32, of Sycamore, was charged Sunday, March 14, with violating an order of protection.

Jonathan Rudin, 19, of Montgomery, was charged Sunday, March 14, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Alyssa K. Sullivan, 18, of Belvidere, was charged Monday, March 15, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Megan O. Dally, 20, of Belvidere, was charged Monday, March 15, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth A. Rudes, 19, of Drive in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, March 17, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Taylor J. Staus, 18, of Peru, was charged Wednesday, March 17, with violating the zero tolerance statute, consumption of alcohol by a minor and driving without headlights when required.

Justin B. Doak, 23, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, March 18, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane use.

Hugo D. Serrato, 21, of Sycamore, was charged Thursday, March 18, with driving under the influence.

Ryan S. Fox, 28, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, March 20, with driving under the influence and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Grant R. Henry, 28, of Cortland, was charged Sunday, March 21, with improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.

John G. Juergens, 30, of Montgomery, was charged Sunday, March 21, with speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol.
