DEKALB CITY

Jared L. Lucas, 18, of Sycamore, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 11, on a warrant for aggravated battery.

Michelle L. Zinkel, 36, of DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 11, on a warrant for theft.

Brandon C. Boyd, 22, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with keeping a disorderly house.

Rashad B. Caldwell, 21, of Ashton, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with battery.

Latoya M. Graham, 23, of Rockford, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with battery.

Giovanni N. Beaudry, 19, a transient, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with retail theft.

Jarod D. Banieston, 22, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with domestic battery.

Trenton E. Walker, 19, of Sycamore, was arrested Friday, Feb. 12, on a failure-to-appear warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Antoine Battle, 24, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, Feb. 13, with obstructing and resisting a peace officer.

Kendra S. Seldal, 20, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Feb. 13, with keeping a disorderly house.

Tyron D. Morris, 19, of La Grange, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 14, on a parole warrant. He was also charged with obstructing identification and possession of marijuana.

Ashley M. Young, 22, of DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 14, on a failure-to-appear warrant. She was also charged with obstructing identification and obstructing justice.

Christopher G. Koste 19, of Chicago, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Jonathan R. Giles, 20, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 18, with possession of marijuana.

Angel L. Cornett, 19, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 17, with retail theft.

Adam M. Jurgaitis, 28, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 17, with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seat belt when required.

Michael C. Manion, 22, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 17, with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report an accident, speeding, improper lane use and driving an uninsured vehicle.



NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY

Candice S. Patrick, 18, of Lynwood, was charged Monday, Feb. 15, with theft and criminal damage to property.



SYCAMORE

Danny R. Manning, 52, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 10, with disorderly conduct.

Thomas J. Ohlhaber, 44, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 and possession of drug equipment.

Jim E. Fisher, 41, of Sycamore, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with two counts of domestic battery and resisting or obstructing an officer.



DEKALB COUNTY

Rachel D. Harvey, 37, of Aurora, was charged Thursday, Feb. 11, with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

James N. Michalsen Jr., 35, of Machesney Park, was charged Saturday, Feb. 13, for driving under the influence.

Robert J. Beetham, 64, of Sandwich, was charged Saturday, Feb. 13, with driving under the influence.

Joseph G. Martin, 24, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with driving under the influence.

Michael J. Anderson, 39, of Plano, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Bobby A. Varner, 26, of Shabbona, was charged Monday, Feb. 15, with unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence, endangering a child and two counts of domestic battery.

Angela Fulghum-Ginn, 46, of Dixon, was charged Monday, Feb. 15, with driving under the influence, improper lane use and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Brandon D. Haley, 27, of Malta, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 16, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 and resisting a peace officer.
