• Ad copy deadline 5 p.m., Thursday, preceding Wednesday publication. Those requiring proofs: deadline is Thursday, at noon. Proofs for ads less than 20 column inches are available in our office only, by request. Proofs for larger size ads can be delivered.

• All out of country or political advertising must be pre-paid.

• To qualify for non-profit rate, you must have a State identification number.

Prices based on 4-page broadsheet or 8-page tabloid on 30-pound newsprint. All inserts must be folded to 8"x11." Inserts must be delivered one week prior to publication date. "Advertising supplement to The MidWeek" must be printed on front of insert.

Contract rates available for inserts by special quote.

Added weight surcharged per tabloid page over 8 pages is $20.

General Information and Policies
Errors
The advertiser accepts responsibility for errors when proof is read by advertiser. The MidWeek accepts responsibility for errors only to the extent of space occupied by such error, and reported three days following error.

Terms/Credit
New accounts must be prepaid until credit investigation has been completed. Accounts 60-days in arrears will be refused until such time that the balance has been paid. A service charge of 1 1/2 percent per month (18 percent per annum) will be added to all 10-day old balances at the end of the month closing.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by Friday noon. On ads which have already been composed, there will be a composition fee equal to 25% of the printed cost.

Position requests
When special requests for positions are made, they will be complied with whenever possible. However, these special requests are not quaranteed. Guaranteed position is 25% extra, when available.

Width and depth requirements
Ad must be as many inches deep as columns wide. All ads occupying more than 15 inches in depth will be billed at full column length (16 inches). Advertising sold on full inch basis only.

Objectionable copy policy
The General Manager reserves the right to revise or reject, at its discretion, an advertisement placed for publication it deems objectionable or unethical, whether in subject matter, wording or makeup.
